Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchased product, we will be happy to do an exchange or issue a refund on your returned merchandise. Items must be unworn & unwashed with original tags attached and returned within 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase.

Customers are responsible for returning costs. All items exchanged will incur an extra delivery charge. Wazziwoo apologies for items that are out of stock. We will advise immediately and allow you the opportunity to choose a new item that you would like to exchange for.

All returns are to be posted to the below address and include a self addressed prepaid package for your new item to be returned in. Please email us at returns @ wazziwoo dot com (delete the spaces) to initiate the process. We will issue a return authorization number that you will need to include on the shipping label.

If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.  If you have further questions please contact us.
