What brands do you print on?

All Wazziwoo t-shirts are printed on American Apparel 100% Ring-Spun Combed Cotton. Made in the USA. Printed in KC.

How do I know what size shirt to order?

Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.

How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. Since all of the shirts are 100% cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

All of our shirts are screen printed. For our single color shirts , we use soft-hand printing to get the optimal combination of soft feel and durability. Our three-plus color shirts are printed with water-based discharge ink which leaves an extremely soft feel. Check out our Printing Process blog post for more detail.

Do you print your own shirts?

No, we focus on design. We leave the printing to the professionals.

Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?

You bet! Subscribe to the Wazziwoo newsletter, follow us on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or keep tabs on our blog. We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.

Do you accept designs from third parties?

No, not at this time. All of our designs are Wazziwoo originals, designed by Wazziwoo’s founders Kevin + Lindsay Grimes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Paypal for payments. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can easily use any major credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You will receive an email confirming your purchase as well as an email with a tracking# when your product is shipped.

How secure is this store?

This store uses Paypal for payments, and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Not at this time, but it’s a feature we are considering implementing.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes, but we screen the companies who are interested in carrying Wazziwoo products. We want to make sure that Wazziwoo is a good fit for the companies with which we work. If you would like more information, please contact us and include some background information about your shop/company.
